A small, well-kept property with six apartments, a large garden and an unobstructed view of the sea.
Our house lies about 4 km from the harbour of Porto Cristo, directly on a headland. From there you have a breathtaking view of the sea, just 20 m away. The quiet bay with one of the loveliest sandy beaches in Mallorca is 125 m away; a second, almost equally beautiful bay is 150 m away.
Our house is excellently equipped and, with a kitchen indoors and a barbecue in the garden, offers plenty of scope for varied cooking. You will find a perfect apartment here in a private setting; our property meets the highest standards and we do everything we can to help you enjoy the Mallorcan atmosphere to the full.
The large garden with its native planting means you can always find a shady or a sunny spot, whichever you prefer.
An outdoor shower is available in the front garden. You will also find various seating areas there, where you can have breakfast, use the barbecue or simply enjoy your aperitivo.
The garden facing the sea has several terrace levels. The lowest level is for everyone to use. The upper levels are reserved exclusively for the residents of the apartment to which that part of the garden belongs.
There are numerous restaurants and shops near the property. Medical care is also available in the immediate vicinity.
What we do not offer
We do not offer any of the following services: airport transfers, periodic cleaning of the apartment during your stay, laundry service for bed linen and tablecloths, replacement of household items, a 24-hour telephone service, breakfast or catering, or other holiday services. Any letting is made exclusively under the Spanish national law on urban tenancies for seasonal lettings, Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos nacional (L.A.U.).
